Bitrobotics solutions are based on the idea of modularity. Robotic system is a set of unified elements that are customized depending on the client’s tasks.
XFrame

Functions:
- Provides the placement of the delta robot, cabinets, operator panel, conveyors and other components.
- Provides the supply of power and compressed air through the inputs.
- Protects against unauthorized access of personnel to the work envelope.
- Adjustable supports ensure the stability of the installation.
- On the front side there is a main switch, sound and light alarms.
Equipment configuration:
- Supporting frame – 1

- Set of covers to block unused openings in the frame – 1
- Set of doors – 2

Features:
- The modular construction allows to configurate the frame flexibly for different tasks.
- Hatches and covers have seals that prevent moisture from entering the frame.
- The frame and cover parts are made of AISI 304 stainless steel, the outer surfaces are glass-blasted.
- Hatches, doors and windows are made of transparent polycarbonate.
- The fasteners are made of stainless steel and are provided with means that prevent self-unscrewing with a food tolerance.
- Hygienic design to facilitate the process of washing equipment.
Conveyor systems

Functions:
- Product transfer from exit conveyor and provision of clearance between packages
- Product pick-up from the conveyor and its transfer to the work envelope
- Transfer of the containers to the work envelope and out.
Equipment configuration:
- Power and auxiliary structures
- Bosch Rexroth servo motor, aluminum alloy housing, degree of protection against water and dust IP65-1
- Set of adjustable guides
- Conveyor belt - 1
Features:
- The main parts are made of stainless steel
- Pneumatic system that limits the number of incoming containers
- Optical sensor that registers the arrival of the product/containers
Delta robot

Features:
- Planetary high-precision gearboxes are made of stainless steel, protection class according to standard IP66.
- Motors, three-phase, synchronous, with permanent magnets IP65.
- According to the degree of energy efficiency, the motors belong to a high class.
- Connections are bolted on the thread retainer with a food tolerance of NSF P1.
- Load capacity: up to 6 kg.
- Work envelope diameter up to 1130 mm.
- Working tool replacement.
- The details of the construction are made of aluminum alloy, which has undergone glass blasting, anodizing and composite materials.
- The fasteners are made of stainless steel and are provided with means that prevent self-unscrewing with a food tolerance.

- Software with PACK ML support. The software and algorithms are the property of BITROBOTICS and are not subject to copying, partial or full use as part of other equipment.
- The Indraworks Engineering is used while software development.
- Software with PACK ML support.

When creating a new solution, if there is no ready-made module, we develop a new one. After successful implementation, this module is part of our library.
